NATIONAL ROAD SAFETY ORGANISATION (NRSO) has obtained Sec.80g (5)(vi) of Income Tax Act 1961 for the donations received.Vide order No: ITBA-EXM-S/80G/2018-19/1014886709(1) dated: 25/01/2019 by Commissioner Of Incometax (Exemptions), Bangalore.
ABOUT US
NATIONAL ROAD SAFETY ORGANISATION (NRSO) is registered Trust and NGO formed to create Road Awareness in holistic methods to all Road users in general.NRSO has planned to involve social and service oriented personalities to create awareness for all sections of people across the Country to educate on using Road for their Safety and Happy Family.
NRSO invites citizens from all the sections to join hands to save lives who are victims by accidents.
AIMS AND OBJECTS OF THE ORGANISATION
- To educate Youth in maximizing the potential for casualty reduction through education and publicity.
- To develop, promote, collate and disseminate information on good practice in Road Safety Education, training and publicity.
- Road Safety Programs to increase knowledge, awareness and skills amongst the road users.
- To change the attitudes and behaviors of drivers by addressing on a holistic basis to reduced road accidents.
- Promote a positive attitude towards enforcement laws and infuse sense of courtesy and concern among road users.
- Education through visuals, shorts films and interactions is only way to bring awareness on Road Safety
Implementation of Objectives
- Road Safety Awareness through Visuals, Short films and interaction, Road Signage's need to be imparted at the grass root level going to educational institution.
- Road Safety awareness programme to drivers of all sectors.
- Defensive drives for Corporate through entertainment by taking them for long drives during week ends and educating them.
